Freestyle crafts
The doors will be open until 2 p.m. if you would like to bring your lunch and finish your crafts.

Except on the special dates listed below, you will be working on your own projects. Please bring your supplies.

■ Sept. 18 — 10 a.m. to noon
     • Rose will create and share instructions with us on making a poinsettia ornament out of ribbon.
     • Karen will demonstrate how to create unique pens with beads.
     • Stephanie will demonstrate how to make a wreath ornament.

■ Oct. 16 — 10 a.m. to noon
     • Hannah Harrison will demonstrate painting oyster-shell ornaments.
     • We will finish up all projects and take inventory of our market items to purchase at the sale.

■ The supplies for tutorials are included with demonstrations. If you are able to share your supplies with everyone, that is great. Come have fun with us, they are all easy crafts to make for the Christmas market and will be available to purchase at the market on Nov. 15.

■ All items made at our meetings are to be used for the Christmas market only. You will be able to purchase them at the market.

‘Bring a Friend Sunday’ . . .

. . . is designated for the first Sunday of each month. However, you certainly can bring a friend — or friends — any time we worship, study, and enjoy fellowship with each other. All are welcome here.

We are blessed with a beautiful campus that includes two distinct and meaningful worship spaces: the chapel and the sanctuary. After thoughtful discussion, the session has decided to update our worship schedule in a way that honors the unique gifts of both spaces.

We will worship in the sanctuary on the first and third Sundays of each month, embracing its spaciousness and accessibility. On the second and fourth Sundays, we will gather in the chapel, where we can enjoy a more intimate and reflective setting. For fifth Sundays, we’ll alternate between the two spaces to maintain balance and variety.

Additionally, in the event of inclement weather, we will worship in the sanctuary, as it provides safer access and greater ease of movement during slippery conditions.

We look forward to experiencing the richness and rhythm this new pattern will bring to our worship life. Thank you for being part of this journey with us.
