■ Today, we are offering an order form for you to purchase a poinsettia to be placed in the sanctuaries on Dec.15 and 22. Suggested donation is $7 per plant. Please note on check or cash envelope “for poinsettia” and if you wish to offer “in memory” or “in honor of” and place in the offering plate.
■ Thanks to everyone who helped make this Thanksgiving brighter for a lot of people. We served 57 families consisting of 150 individuals with our Thanksgiving bags on Wednesday. We also hope that you and your family were blessed as you enjoyed the holiday.
■ Our giving does not stop with the success of the Thanksgiving collection. Please bring your regular items to help stock up the pantry today. Food pantry collection days are the first Sunday of each month.

You are warmly invited to join us on an Advent journey through the stories of Luke, as he retells the words and deeds of Jesus, so that by Christmas Eve you will have read the whole Gospel of Luke, and understand the reason for the season.
A calendar is provided in the newsletter or you may use the one handed out today to mark off each day as you read through the Gospel.
